Yes. We build 220V, 380V and 415V machines in 50Hz or 60Hz, with the plug and control panel labelling matched to your market at no extra cost.
Standard models ship in 15-25 days after deposit. Custom moulds or turnkey lines take 30-45 days. We send weekly production photos and video.
Yes. We provide a full English manual, wiring diagram and operation video with every machine. If you prefer on-site support, our engineers can travel to your factory for installation and operator training.
Every machine carries a 12-24 month warranty and ships with a free wearing parts kit. Spare parts are available for the entire service life of the machine.
Yes. We test your powder formulation during the pre-shipment run and adjust the screw, die and speed settings so the machine matches your paste density and stick size.
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, or irrevocable L/C at sight. Other terms can be discussed for long-term partners.
Machines are packed in fumigation-free plywood cases with seaworthy protection, loaded per a documented 20GP or 40HQ loading plan, and shipped by sea, air or door-to-door service.
